- After Accidentally Forcing A Kiss On The Ice-Cold Mature Woman
- Chapter 16 - Marriage? A 19-Year-Old Little Wife?
Wen Fei lowered her eyes to look at the sweet dimples on Jiang Shixue’s face. Her adorable little girlfriend’s large eyes were bright, making her look like a cute Ragdoll cat.
The words of refusal simply wouldn’t come out.
Finally, Wen Fei let out a helpless sigh: “…Alright.”
Her voice carried an imperceptible hint of indulgence, easily giving in to her little girlfriend’s willful request.
Jiang Shixue’s smile grew even sweeter: “That’s great! I’ll book the tickets right now!”
As she spoke, Jiang Shixue started walking toward the bed to grab her optical computer.
Frowning slightly, Wen Fei pulled Jiang Shixue back, scooping her into her arms: “Are we going today?”
“Of course!” Jiang Shixue looked up, her eyelashes fluttering as she rubbed her chin against Wen Fei’s in a coquettish manner. She complained in a soft, waxy voice: “Don’t tell me you were planning to cast your girlfriend aside today and live your life all alone?”
Jiang Shixue’s words made Wen Fei’s heart itch. Wen Fei let out a low chuckle, holding the girl firmly in her embrace: “I wasn’t.”
Her voice held a soul-stirring magnetism. “Today, everything is up to you.”
Jiang Shixue’s eyes lit up instantly. She hung herself off Wen Fei, her fuzzy head nuzzling back and forth in the crook of the other’s neck.
Her smug little expression couldn’t be hidden as she thought triumphantly to herself—Hehe, it looks like my ‘Hot Violence’ plan is going to go very smoothly today!
Jiang Shixue grabbed the optical computer from the bedside. She extended her fair, slender fingers—with beautifully trimmed nails—and tapped away on the screen.
After buying the tickets, Jiang Shixue suddenly remembered something. She put the device down and looked up at Wen Fei expectantly.
Watching her movements, Wen Fei slowly asked, “What is it?”
Jiang Shixue held up her optical computer and looked at Wen Fei with a dissatisfied, pampered pout: “We’re about to head out, and you haven’t even proactively added your girlfriend as a contact?”
“Do you not like me anymore?”
Wen Fei’s dark eyes flickered. Cooperating, she took out her own optical computer: “No, I’m just used to being alone and didn’t think of it.”
She opened her virtual panel and presented her QR code to Jiang Shixue, like a white ferocious beast prostrating before its master: “Would my girlfriend please approve the request?”
Jiang Shixue’s device made a “beep” sound, and she added Wen Fei.
Seeing Wen Fei’s account pass the friend request, the corners of Jiang Shixue’s lips curled up.
Hehe, now I can bombard Wen Fei with messages!
After adding her, Jiang Shixue leaned in close to Wen Fei, poking her head around to peek at the device in Wen Fei’s hand. As she looked, she asked, “Girlfriend, what did you set as my nickname?”
Wen Fei generously showed the screen to Jiang Shixue.
Jiang Shixue looked and saw the nickname was simply the three characters: “Jiang Shixue.”
Jiang Shixue was very dissatisfied. She puffed out her cheeks and put her hands on her hips: “What?! You give your girlfriend such a cold nickname?”
“If it’s like this, what’s the difference between me and anyone else?”
Looking at Jiang Shixue’s pouting face—resembling a meowing, hissing kitten—Wen Fei seemed to seriously consider her words: “I see…”
Jiang Shixue blinked her eyes, looking at Wen Fei with anticipation while suppressing her little scheme—Getting angry over a small thing, being clingy and insecure… a girlfriend like this is sure to be a headache! QvQ
Wen Fei really did seem to be thinking.
After a moment, she picked up her device again, tapped the nickname field a few times, and then showed the screen to Jiang Shixue once more:
“Is this okay?”
Jiang Shixue leaned in to look and found that Wen Fei had changed the nickname to “Little Sister.”
Jiang Shixue: “…”
Jiang Shixue’s expression turned deeply dissatisfied. Moisture began to gather in her watery eyes as she said aggrievedly:
“Other people give their girlfriends nicknames like Baby, Darling, or Dear. How come it’s ‘Little Sister’ with you?”
Jiang Shixue’s soft voice rose in pitch: “Who would believe this is a girlfriend with a nickname like that?”
Seeing Jiang Shixue’s unhappy face, Wen Fei pursed her lips slightly, her tone sounding a bit innocent:
“But you really do look much younger than me.”
Wen Fei leaned in slightly, getting closer to Jiang Shixue until her breath brushed against the girl’s cheek: “Then, what do you think I should name you?”
“Or, can I see what you named me?”
“Uh…”
Feeling Wen Fei’s warm breath on her cheek, Jiang Shixue felt a bit guilty as she took out her optical computer—she had been so focused on adding Wen Fei that she hadn’t changed the nickname yet.
Wen Fei’s ID on her list was still just the original string of irregular symbols.
Seeing Wen Fei’s earnest gaze, Jiang Shixue steeled her heart and typed two characters into the nickname field: “Wife.”
Having finished, Jiang Shixue triumphantly shoved her screen in front of Wen Fei’s face:
“Look! I nicknamed you ‘Wife’!”
Wen Fei: !
Wen Fei froze as she stared at her nickname on Jiang Shixue’s screen.
Was Jiang Shixue’s love for her already at the point of wanting to get married?
Jiang Shixue continued to brag, but as Wen Fei listened to the girl’s mouth rattling on, she simply stared at Jiang Shixue’s pale pink lips and asked somewhat abruptly:
“Isn’t it a bit too early to get married?”
Jiang Shixue: ?
Jiang Shixue was only 19 and still in university. Wen Fei was so much older; she felt that if she bound Jiang Shixue to a relationship while the girl was still naive about love, she would be taking advantage of her.
Would that be fair to a 19-year-old little wife?
Although Imperial law allowed marriage at 18, Wen Fei felt she should consider this carefully.
Seeing Jiang Shixue’s bewildered expression, Wen Fei took a deep breath and continued to advise in a deep voice: “You’re only 19 and still in university. Isn’t it too early to marry now?”
“Your life has just begun. In the future, you will meet all kinds of people and see a bigger, more wonderful world.”
“You are still young. Your feelings might just be a whim. If you marry me now, what will you do if you regret it one day?”
Wen Fei felt somewhat relieved that Jiang Shixue had met her, rather than some frivolous, irresponsible Omega.
Jiang Shixue had a childlike temperament; as the elder, Wen Fei could guide her slowly.
“Huh?” Looking at Wen Fei’s solemn expression, Jiang Shixue could no longer hold back her laughter:
“It’s just a pet name! It doesn’t mean we’re actually getting married.”
“Oh my, what are you thinking!”
Everyone said the new principal of University A wasn’t a traditional, weak Omega, but a modern Omega officer.
But who would have thought that Wen Fei wasn’t like the rumors at all? Deep down, she was actually an old fogey!
Hearing this, Wen Fei’s dark eyes widened slightly. She pursed her lips and said, “But if we aren’t getting married, how can I be called ‘Wife’?”
