Qin Ji was reborn into a novel as the Emperor. While other emperors either expand their borders to conquer thousands of miles or work diligently to build a golden age, Qin Ji found himself as a tyrant—a man with neither literary talent nor military merit, whose only joy was torturing people.
More importantly, the person he tortured was the hostage prince sent from the neighboring State of Wei—the protagonist who, in the future, would hack him into pieces and feed him to the dogs. Qin Ji: “…”
So, he was the one person responsible for providing the protagonist with the “Trial of Heaven”—the “strengthening of the will, the laboring of the bones, and the starving of the body” parts of the hero’s journey? No, absolutely not. Having finally cheated death once, he refused to die again. He had to find a way out…
Thus, one day, rumors spread through the Qin Palace: Their Tyrant Majesty had attained sudden enlightenment while performing “human intestinal cleansing exercises” (taking a dump).
In the original novel, the protagonist, Wei Yu, was a “little beauty.” The tyrant had used the excuse that Wei Yu looked like a woman to force him into feminine chores: wearing women’s clothing, styling his hair in buns, and applying makeup. When Qin Ji finally saw Wei Yu with his own eyes, his heart screamed: How can he be called a “little beauty”? He is a Peerless Great Beauty! Qin Ji instantly: “Wife, I want to lick, lick, lick…” (simp mode activated).
…
Wei Yu’s life was one of hardship. A dignified prince subjected to humiliation, he hid his capabilities for years before finally getting revenge and killing the tyrant who abused him. Who could have guessed that when he closed his eyes and opened them again, he had returned to the time he was being tortured by that very tyrant!
He initially thought of killing the tyrant immediately to end it all—why suffer through that grind again? But the tyrant looked at him with a dazed expression and a nosebleed. Wei Yu: “???”
Later, Wei Yu understood. The old “True Tyrant” wanted to ruin him, but this “Fake Tyrant” also wanted to “do” him. The Fake Tyrant was good in every way, except that his brain didn’t seem to work right. Whatever. Anyway, Wei Yu couldn’t bear children, so he didn’t have to worry about giving birth to a “silly dog” like this Fake Tyrant. 🙂
