Shen Mingshu, the first-generation Heavenly Master of the mysterious Sect of Metaphysics, failed to ascend because of an unresolved love tribulation. When she opens her eyes again, she finds herself in the body of a frail young girl who committed suicide by drowning and is now being forced into a ghost marriage with a corpse.
