Elysia woke up to find herself trapped within the pages of a cliché romance novel. Worse yet, she had inhabited the body of a sickly princess—a girl so fragile that she was forbidden from ever leaving her quarters. Confined to her room day after day, she lived like a golden canary in a gilded cage, her world shrinking to the four walls around her.
However, her stiflingly dull existence was shattered when a massive dragon descended upon the kingdom. In a whirlwind of scales and fire, Elysia was snatched away and carried off into the unknown.
It was only later that Elysia discovered the truth: the terrifying dragon could take human form, manifesting as a tall, breathtakingly beautiful woman named Aria. It turned out that Aria hadn’t kidnapped her for gold or terror, but because she desperately needed the princess’s help with a specific task.
Elysia admitted that the dragon lady was stunning, but she wasn’t about to let her kidnapping go that easily. She insisted that Aria agree to her own set of conditions first. Left with no other choice, the mighty dragon conceded, and the two of them embarked on an odyssey together.
As they traveled, the distance between them began to fade, and a deep bond took root. Eventually, Elysia saw her personal journey to the end and fulfilled her promise to help Aria.
But perfection is often an illusion. Beneath the surface of this seemingly ideal storybook world, dark undercurrents were swirling. In a tragic turn of events, Elysia lost her life while protecting Aria, leaving the dragon lady behind to mourn.
Yet, fate was not quite finished with her… for Elysia’s story did not truly end there.
