Jiang Wanshu is the most beautiful woman in the capital. Though she lives within the palace walls, she finds no peace. When the Central Plains seeks a marriage alliance with Western Rong, she becomes an object to be sold.
On the journey for the arranged marriage, she is ambushed by mountain bandits. The weak soldiers are no match for the hundred bandits and perish along the way.
