Written for the “Honor of Kings” fans, purely for entertainment~
Each volume features a standalone couple; read in any order:
A — Lovers of Time
Hua Mulan (Valentine’s limited) × Sun Shangxiang (Lover of Time)
The cannon-wielding heiress Sun Shangxiang ends up on the streets after causing chaos at her engagement ceremony.
The long-wall patrol officer in blue tries every method to get close to Xiangxiang.
“Your bodyguard is not needed! Stop following me around,” Xiangxiang warns her.
“Little Princess, don’t overthink. Walking at night, isn’t it nice to have company?” Hua Mulan quietly sheaths her twin swords.
A stranded princess meets a cold-faced assassin—will they help each other while secretly falling for one another…?
B — The Other Side of Time
Wu Zetian (all skins) × Nuwa (all skins)
Empress: “…You admire me?”
Nuwa: “You should know, even a Creator has emotions, Your Majesty.”
Empress: “I hate being called that.”
Nuwa: “Little Zhaozhao?”
Empress: …
An empress who disregards the heavens × a creator playing with the world.
C — Moonlight of Time
Chang’e × Luna × Haiyue
A transfer student, Luna, becomes Chang’e’s deskmate.
Nothing unusual—until Chang’e’s elegant, older-girl-type girlfriend Haiyue sees them sharing a mooncake at the school gate.
This is what I call a Moonlight Mage love triangle.
D — Mirror of Time
Yun Ying (classic) × Jing (classic) × Ying (classic)
Jing can’t understand why the red-tassel-wielding female constable at the Dali Temple is so focused on the Dark Feather Eastern Lord’s case. Isn’t she just a flying bird-person?
Hateful Ying, and her hateful laughter.
Jing clearly believes she is the closest assassin to Yun Ying, right…?
Probably the jungle trio’s love triangle.
