Water from damp hair drips onto a collarbone. A fingertip brushes the corner of her lips. Fang Zhiyi’s beautiful eyes are shimmering with mist. “…Why are you avoiding me?”
Her breath is shallow; Fang Rulian feels like she’s suffocating. “Your nose grows when you lie, Sister,” Fang Zhiyi let out a low, soft chuckle. “But that’s fine. It makes things easier for me.”
