Xihua, the Third Prince of the Heteromorph Demon Race, committed a grave error on his birthday. Nursing a leg injury, he was banished to the Netherworld Valley to reflect on his actions in solitude. On his first night in the valley, he discovered a hatchling Silver Snow Dragon.
At that time, the young Xue Yi had only recently broken out of his shell. Pure and innocent, he mistakenly identified Xihua as his parent. The little dragon cub stumbled along, climbing onto the youth’s lap and gently licking his fingers.
The youth replied coldly: “Get lost.”

When the day finally came for the little dragon to take human form, a delicate, porcelain-like boy hugged Xihua and called out in a soft, sweet voice: “Brother.”
The Dragon Race and the Heteromorph Demon Race are natural archenemies. For eons, they have been locked in relentless, world-shaking conflict. Eventually, the Dragon Race suffered a crushing defeat in battle and offered three dragon eggs to the Demons as a sign of submission.
It is well known that dragons are fiercely protective of their young; surrendering their eggs was meant to signify absolute surrender. In reality, the three eggs were duds—a ruse to buy time for the dragons to regroup and fight again.
Years later, the Dragon Race was shocked to hear that one of those “dead” eggs had actually hatched. Because it had stayed in its shell for too long, the cub was sickly and weak—and worse, it had fallen into the hands of Xihua, the Third Prince of the Demons.
Though young, Prince Xihua was rumored to be sinister, cruel, and possessed a legendary hatred for dragons.
The Dragon Race: !!! Disaster has struck!
Desperate to reclaim their lost hatchling, the Dragon Race launched a frantic invasion. When they finally stormed into the heart of the Demon territory, they expected to see a bloodbath. Instead, they found the infamous, tyrannical Prince Xihua kneeling on one knee before a chair, meticulously putting shoes on an exquisite, silver-haired youth.
