After Falling for the Handsome CEO - Chapter 1
Chapter 1: Seducing That Man
Shen Jin wanted to seduce that man.
The man was a prominent figure in the city—Yan Yu, 27 years old, the CEO of TK Corporation. Born with a silver spoon in his mouth, he was young, successful, and handsome—the ultimate “golden bachelor” target for many women dreaming of marrying into wealth.
Seeing the faint blush on the young man’s face, the bartender teased him with a smile, “Hey there, kid. What’s wrong? You only ordered one cocktail—don’t tell me you’re a lightweight who turns red after one drink?”
Shen Jin froze. He quickly touched his face, feeling embarrassed. “Maybe… I’m just not a good drinker,” he stammered.
In reality, it had nothing to do with the alcohol; he was simply mortified by what he was about to do.
It was rumored that Yan Yu liked beautiful young men. If someone caught his eye and spent a night with him, he would pay a “bed fee” of 100,000 yuan.
However, the man had high standards. He rejected anyone who threw themselves at him, and he wouldn’t touch anyone “unclean.” He had to be the one to find them interesting; he had to be the one who wanted to get laid. If he was interested, money was no object.
Meanwhile, amidst the crowd, Yan Yu had long since noticed the pretty boy sitting at the bar who had been stealing glances at him for nearly an hour. He feigned ignorance, waiting for the boy to lose his patience and come over to seduce him.
Yan Yu chuckled inwardly: The thirstier, the better.
His friend, Ji Nuo, who had come along to party, looked at him with confusion. “What is it? Why that meaningful smile all of a sudden?”
“You wouldn’t understand.” Yan Yu pushed Ji Nuo’s prying face away and took a slow, deliberate sip of red wine, the smile deepening in his flirtatious phoenix eyes.
Worried the boy might lack the courage to approach, Yan Yu moved to a more secluded corner, waiting for the “seduction” to begin.
Exuding masculine pheromones, CEO Yan sat there elegantly. As the flashing lights blurred across his features, he chose the perfect moment to extend his bright red tongue and lick a drop of wine from the corner of his lip.
Shen Jin awkwardly looked away. His heart skipped a beat at the man’s casual gesture of licking his lips. It felt strange.
He really is handsome, Shen Jin thought.
“Hey, kid, you’re practically steaming,” the bartender teased, finding him amusing. “If you really can’t drink, don’t hang out at bars. You should go home early.”
“No… I’m not going back,” Shen Jin blurted out instinctively. Realizing his tone was off, he tried to act more experienced, waving a hand dismissively. “It’s fine. It’s just a bit of wine.”
So embarrassing.
Having grown up in an orphanage without parents, Shen Jin was naturally introverted and timid. Now, for the sake of money, he was trying to act like a seasoned player in this den of iniquity. It was costing him every ounce of courage he had ever possessed.
As Shen Jin lingered and hesitated, Yan Yu was starting to lose his patience. To keep himself from frowning, he had to pretend to be lost in deep thought.
His thoughts consisted of: When is he coming over? How will he seduce me? Will he be slutty enough? When we get to bed, how’s his technique? Is he wild? Will his moans be soul-stirring enough?
As an “old fox” of the social scene, Yan Yu’s beautiful eyes were experts at reading people. He knew how to time things perfectly—like waiting for the other party to make the first move.
But the moment he looked up and met the boy’s gaze, he couldn’t help but flash a slight smile. His lips curved into a handsome arc as he said, “Hello.”
He didn’t expect that a single smile would stun Shen Jin so much that the boy would turn his head away in a frantic, awkward panic, completely ignoring him.
Yan Yu: “…”
Not bad. Pure. This type is even better when they finally let loose.
Shen Jin didn’t know what that smile meant, but it made him even more nervous. He gripped his glass with both hands and took a quick, sharp gulp of his cocktail to catch his breath.
Did he find out I was staring at him?
After overthinking it, he decided it was impossible.
Giving himself a mental sedative, Shen Jin calmed down. He turned to the bartender and asked, “Do you know CEO Yan? He just smiled at you.”
“Huh?” The bartender blinked, glancing toward Yan Yu before looking back. “What are you talking about? You saw wrong. He probably just wants to order something.”
Shen Jin insisted, “No, I didn’t see wrong. He definitely smiled at you.”
The bartender didn’t care. “Fine, fine. You’re cute and well-behaved, so whatever you say is right.”
“I’m not well-behaved,” Shen Jin countered immediately. Realizing the protest was pointless, he sighed softly and added, “I’m actually very fierce.”
The bartender burst out laughing. Seeing Shen Jin’s clothes, he assumed he was some little young master throwing a tantrum and running away from home. He played along: “Yes, yes, I see. You’re ‘ferociously’ adorable. Super scary!”
From the teasing tone, Shen Jin knew he wasn’t being taken seriously. Feeling awkward, he lowered his head to drink in silence.
Yan Yu: “…”
He felt like he had been forgotten.
Inside, CEO Yan’s emotions were in an uproar, but on the outside, he remained as steady as a mountain. He finished his wine, stood up unhurriedly, and walked calmly to the bar. With a slight smile, he said, “Another glass of red wine, please.”
The bartender chirped, “Coming right up!”
His sudden appearance made Shen Jin gasp. He sat there as stiff as a board. Moments ago, he was peeking at Yan Yu; now, he was absolutely panicking.
It’s over!
Shen Jin decided that instead of approaching the man, it would be better to “strike” while the man happened to be nearby. That way, it wouldn’t look intentional.
He tried his best to press down his trembling hands, frantically recalling what he had practiced. He squeezed out a stiff smile and, trying to act like a pro, let out a shaky, tuneless whistle.
“Yo… if it isn’t CEO Yan? What a… what a pleasure! This drink… let me treat… treat you!”
Yan Yu: “…”
Shen Jin had actually practiced wanting to pat Yan Yu’s shoulder like a “bro,” but fearing this temperamental CEO might slap him across the room, he held back.
Yan Yu rubbed his high nose bridge, using the gesture to hide the fact that the corners of his mouth were twitching with suppressed laughter.
“The pleasure is mine…”
