Affectionate Obsession - Chapter 17
“Hngh.”
Hot breaths escaped Yeonhee’s lips.
Feeling the heat rising from her neck, Yeonhee tightly embraced Junhyeok’s neck.
Wherever his lips touched, shy heat bloomed. It was so lewd and stimulating that she couldn’t help but writhe.
Yet, she didn’t feel the slightest urge to push him away.
Along the path his lips and tongue traced, dormant senses awoke vividly.
His breath alone made her entire body tingle, and her lower abdomen tightened.
The heat that had begun to simmer long ago boiled to an unbearable point, and she was almost tormented by the pleasure that refused to subside.
Yet, even so, she liked it.
It was always like this when she was held in Junhyeok’s arms.
Contradictory thoughts filled her mind, and the overwhelming sensations grew in volume as if to burst her entire body, then vanished like an explosion.
Afterward, she would begin to heat up again under his relentless touch.
The entire process repeated countless times until he finally succumbed to drowsiness and fell asleep.
By then, Yeonhee would be on the verge of collapse, but she had never once disliked his touch.
Though it was a bit difficult, every time he pushed her like this, she felt like the most loved woman in the world.
With nothing she could do but completely surrender, she was even willing to surrender within the embrace of Jeong Junhyeok, who needed Shin Yeonhee to fall apart.
“Ah, I can’t take it anymore.”
Junhyeok, who had been sucking and devouring her fair skin without a gap, growled in a rough voice.
Yeonhee swept her hands through Junhyeok’s sweat-drenched hair. Then, seizing his unguarded moment, she pushed hard against his chest.
In an instant, Junhyeok fell back onto the bed, and Yeonhee took the upper hand.
Yeonhee sat on his firm abdomen, placing her hands on his chest for balance.
Beneath her soft hips, she felt his hard erection.
Yeonhee moved her pelvis, almost instinctively.
“Ugh.”
A guttural groan escaped Junhyeok’s lips.
His brows furrowed, and he gazed at Yeonhee with sharp eyes.
Yeonhee met his gaze directly, without flinching. Then, with a larger movement than before, she began to thrust her hips.
Junhyeok bit his lower lip hard. The sight, mixed with his pained expression, exuded an indescribable sensuality.
That was the limit of his endurance.
Yeonhee, too, had reached her limit and could no longer bear it.
Yeonhee stopped her movements and threw her disheveled nightgown over her head. Then, with familiar hands, she began to undress Junhyeok, piece by piece.
Finally, both were naked.
Yeonhee gazed intently at Junhyeok, whose form was clear even in the darkness, and slowly lowered her upper body.
She felt his firm, balanced chest against her soft flesh.
Closing her eyes tightly in that position, Junhyeok found his place with a practiced touch and plunged into the narrow opening in one go.
“Ugh…!”
“Ah.”
The moans of pleasure from the man and woman mingled stickily.
Yeonhee, unable to adapt to his overwhelming size no matter how many times, gripped Junhyeok’s shoulders tightly and caught her breath.
She took deep breaths repeatedly to regain her composure. But that act became an excessive stimulus.
Yeonhee tensed her lower abdomen, unable to control the intense pleasure.
It was at that moment that Junhyeok’s barely held patience snapped.
“Ah, Ju, Junhyeok…!”
Yeonhee cried out, clinging to Junhyeok as if begging.
Her head tilted back instinctively, and moans flowed ceaselessly.
It was only the beginning, yet a blazing fire spread through every corner of her body, making her tremble.
Her body shook violently, and her head felt like it would explode.
The scattered thoughts that had swirled chaotically all day turned to ash and scattered.
Only Junhyeok filled her mind.
The pleasure he gave her was already overwhelming.
Yeonhee’s body, which had been swaying precariously, soon collapsed onto the bed.
Yeonhee slowly opened her tightly shut eyelids.
Junhyeok’s sweat-soaked face came into view.
He was still biting his lower lip. He was biting it so hard that it looked like the tender flesh would split and bleed.
Yeonhee brought her finger to his lips. As if by magic, he released his lip and gently bit her finger.
The passionate movements slowed, becoming tantalizingly languid.
Despite thinking she couldn’t handle it, she grew impatient.
Yeonhee tightened her legs, which had been flailing in the air, and wrapped them around Junhyeok’s waist. As if by agreement, he began to pick up speed.
The sound of flesh meeting flesh pierced her ears lewdly, and the fingers in her mouth tingled with impatience.
She couldn’t regain her senses for even a moment.
Yeonhee raised her free hand and tightly embraced Junhyeok.
The moment of climax was fast approaching.
He accelerated his already swift movements, and soon the condensed sensation exploded with a roar.
Yeonhee gently stroked Junhyeok’s hair as he collapsed.
His rough breaths, scattered around her ears, seemed to speak of his satisfaction, filling her chest with emotion.
Then, the thoughts she had momentarily forgotten began to flood back into her mind.
With every beat of her heart, heat gathered in her eyes, and her nose tingled.
It was the same. Then, as now.
Shin Yeonhee and Jeong Junhyeok had not changed.
But why could Shin Yeonhee and Jeong Junhyeok still not be together?
The precariously formed tears flowed down her cheeks, poignant and sorrowful.
Yeonhee did her best to swallow the rising sigh.
Junhyeok’s rough breathing began to stabilize. Soon, his sweet confession would likely fill her ears.
“I love you, Yeonhee.”
This time, there was no variable.
She wanted to answer him, just like ten years ago.
I love you too, Junhyeok.
But it was a word she shouldn’t say.
The pain of it pierced her heart, and Yeonhee closed her eyes tightly.
The day was exceptionally beautiful.
Sera took off her sunglasses, gazing up at the towering department store building.
At the very top of the building, too tall to fit in her eyes, the alphabets H and N were emblazoned side by side.
“To think I’d come all the way here on my own.”
Sera let out a hollow laugh, staring intently at the logo.
Just a short while ago, the HN Group had not even existed in her mind.
Countless news articles featured her name as a member of the HN family, but she paid them no mind, as if they were about someone else.
It was an unwanted marriage.
Not a rejection of HN Group, nor of her husband, Jeong Junhyeok.
She simply didn’t like the idea of suddenly becoming a married couple with a man she felt nothing for, promising a lifetime together.
Even though she had recognized from childhood that arranged marriages were an inevitable procedure predetermined from birth, she felt this way.
“I suppose I’ll look a bit ridiculous.”
Sera murmured nonchalantly.
For days leading up to her arrival here, she had replayed and replayed the events at the Busan hotel.
No matter how she thought about it, it was strange.
She had unexpectedly encountered a woman with the exact same face as Shin Yeonhee at a hotel in Busan, yet Jeong Junhyeok had acted as if he had never seen her before.
‘You don’t need to thank me. I wasn’t trying to help you; I just didn’t want to be bothered.’
His response to her thanks alone proved it. It was the attitude of someone meeting a stranger for the first time.
Rather, he should have been surprised.
It was obvious he was in Busan on a business trip, the reason he was there when he should have been in Seoul.
If so, he had parted ways with Shin Yeonhee that morning at their newlywed home, believing her to be Yoon Sera. Then, Yoon Sera unexpectedly appeared in Busan that evening, so he should have been more than surprised; he should have demanded to know what she was doing there.
But that wasn’t the case.
It was a situation she couldn’t comprehend.
She wondered if Jeong Junhyeok had perhaps found out about Yeonhee’s true identity. She had considered contacting Yeonhee first but stopped herself.
That was because Junhyeok’s appearance in Busan had greatly piqued Sera’s interest.
Sera put her sunglasses back on and a smile played on her lips.
A strong feeling washed over her that she might want to reclaim her place, which she had entrusted to a double.
Click, click.
Her bright red heels made a cheerful sound against the marble floor.
As soon as Sera stepped out of the elevator, she strode purposefully towards the executive office visible not far away.
She opened the neatly closed door and stepped inside. Perhaps because of the sound of her heels, the eyes of the busy secretarial staff immediately turned to her.
Sera feigned surprise, shrugging her shoulders, but with a composed face, she removed her sunglasses.
Then, she scanned the room, looking for Junhyeok’s closest aide, a man she had seen once before.
Her objective was achieved without much delay.
A man, looking somewhat surprised, stood up from his seat.
Sera walked directly towards him without hesitation. Then, with a bright smile, she asked,
“I came to see my husband. Is he in?”
