A mere mortal can never bridge the divide between life and death, nor could a human soul, no matter how many times it perishes ever hope to graze the borders of the divine. The heavens remain high and distant, eternal and unchanging. In this world, no sacrifice has ever existed that could sway the heart of the Huntress, the goddess who guards her sacred vows with iron will.
Yet, the Moirai weave their threads in the shadows, knowing all. Apollo, glimpsing the future, offers a cryptic warning. And Aphrodite, born from the crimson sea foam, declares a challenge:
“Scorn me as you will, Artemis, but you shall eventually be ensnared by love!”
That night, the wheels of fate began to turn. Unknowingly a mortal destined for death knocked upon the gates of the Goddess’s heart.
This is a story of crossing the threshold of life and death, traversing the vastness of time and space. While the schemes and power struggles of the gods are eternal yet fleeting, only love like a lantern on a long road endures. Even if fate is shallow and paths must diverge, may this light shine across thousands of years to illuminate your journey home, ensuring the world forever honors your righteous name.
I share with you the authority over life and death. “Behold mortal wisdom is evergreen through the ages.”
