Jian Jixing was at the peak of her career, radiant and stunning under the spotlight as she won the top international award for a new director.
At the same time, Sheng Ruxi won her own Golden Statuette award. They received their honors one after the other, having to wipe down the microphone before speaking—a perfect display of their intense dislike for each other.
