At age 27, event planner Ruan Lingfeng encountered a nightmare of a client.
The client was Tao Zhi, a 19-year-old top-tier Alpha singer. He was young and talented, but possessed a rotten temper.
Day One: Tao Zhi slammed the door and left, snarling at Ruan Lingfeng to “have some self-respect.”

The once-aggressive Alpha gradually transformed into a tamed wolfdog, constantly circling around Ruan Lingfeng. Ruan Lingfeng began to believe the Alpha actually liked him.
However, Ruan Lingfeng suffered from “Pheromone Deficiency Syndrome” and was physically incapable of emitting a scent. When he discovered that Tao Zhi—who suffered from “Omega-Aversion”—could only smell him and was uniquely comfortable with his presence, a doubt surfaced:
